Autoantigen Database

The Autoantigen database contains information on autoantigen sequences and related autoimmunity. Currently the Web site is still in development and the database being curated. AutoantigenDB is a joint project of the Brusic group (UQ, Brisbane) and Petrovsky group (FMC, Adelaide). Members of the development team are Rathi Devi Thiagarajan, Shane Zhang, Nikki Appleby, Nikolai Petrovsky and Vladimir Brusic.
